We had a very bad infestation of 'Brown Banded' cockroaches. They just didn't seem to die by using regular baits. These little guys like wood, so they were in our dining table and kitchen mainly. This is the second year that Gavin has undertaken pest control for my residential property and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Last year he eliminated a green ant problem that neighbours said could not be fixed. It is. This year, I recently I had a pest issue that I had never previously encountered. It was at the weekend and two weeks’ prior to Gavin’s scheduled visit. I contacted Gavin by text, not really expecting him to get back, given it was well outside office hours. He responded immediately with a phone call and proceeded to help me identify and work through the problem. That’s exceptional in my experience, and the reason that I will not be looking elsewhere!
